PROCESSING AND SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS 

 

Orders take 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends) to process after payment is cleared.  You will receive your tracking number once your order is processed in a shipping confirmation email. This information will be available once your order has been picked up so please allow up to 48 hours for the information to become available. If your tracking number is still “Invalid” after 48 hours, please contact us at orders@kdiorclothing.com. Be sure to sign up for our shipment push notification tab located in your cart. Please be advised that processing time and shipping times are separate.
For example: Priority/Express Shipping estimated time does not include the 3-5 business days of processing time.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Please be aware that priority shipping takes an estimated time of 7 -15 business days for domestic orders (United States) depending on the volume of imported goods.  It is not guarantee that you will receive your goods within a week, for a guarantee on time delivery using our priority shipping please order three weeks prior to your event. Other shipping methods are available such as EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL are available for guarantee on time delivery.

• We offer USPS, CandaPost, AustPost, RoyalMail Tracking information and other international post as Priority Shipping and DHL, EMS, Sometimes UPS and FedEx as Express Shipping for substitute if there's any delay with other couriers.
• We do not offer overnight/next day shipping - We're working on this still!  
• All Express delivery are required for a signature, someone will need to be home/at work to accept the package. If there's no one to sign for the package a card will be left at the shipping address provided. We advise you to make sure someone at the location or a neighbor you trust sign for your package. 

 

RETRIEVING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking information will not be available the moment you receive your number. The moment you check it will say that your tracking number is invalid, that's because the tracking number was assigned to your package scheduled for a pickup by postal. It takes some time for tracking information to become available, the maximum is 3 days, if it takes any longer please get in touch with us immediately. If an item is out of stock we will immediately contact you regarding your order asking whether you would like to cancel or proceed to wait until the item becomes available.

Packages are known for it's delays because of high volume of exporting goods, and it's hard for us to tell when you can expect your package with priority shipping or standard shipping, but we will do our best to make sure your package gets to you as soon as possible. Our best advice is to purchase express shipping for a guarantee on-time delivery. After you make your purchase be sure to send a follow up email of when you will be needing your item(s). The last thing we want to do is disappoint you and ruin your event because your item wasn't delivered on time.

 

If 30 days passes by from when your package was mailed off and you haven't received it yet, we will give you a refund of your order (not including shipping) or we can send you out another order or give you a full refund.

 

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Payments cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to processing, nor will be cancelled after the item has already been shipped. When you receive your package you can send it back for a refund in the original packaging (not including shipping cost). Please read our Return Policy and download the Return Form.
