PROCESSING AND SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS
Orders take 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends) to process after payment is cleared. You will receive your tracking number once your order is processed in a shipping confirmation email. Shipping information will be available once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for the information to become available. If your tracking number is still “Invalid” after 48 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to sign up for our shipment push notification tab located in your cart. Please be advised that processing time and shipping times are separate.
For example: Priority Shipping estimated time does not include the 3-5 business days of processing time.
Please be aware that priority shipping takes an estimated time of 7 -15 business days for domestic orders (United States) depending on the volume of imported goods. It is not guarantee that you will receive your goods within a week, for a guarantee on time delivery using our priority shipping please order two weeks prior to your event. Other shipping are available such as EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL.
- We offer USPS, CandaPost, and other international post as Priority Shipping and DHL, EMS, Sometimes UPS and Fed-Ex as Express Shipping for substitute if there's any delay with other couriers.
- We do not offer overnight/next day shipping.
- All delivery are required for a signature, someone will need to be home/at work to accept the package. If there's no one to sign for the package a card will be left at the shipping address provided. We advise you to make sure someone at the location or a neighbor you trust sign for your package. We are not responsible for lost packages en route with the courier.
Note: For express orders of more than $150, higher shipping fees may apply.
RETRIEVING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking information will not be available the moment you receive your number. The moment you check it will say that your tracking number is invalid, that's because it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. If an item is out of stock there will be a week delay and then your item will be shipped. This, we will inform you of, so leave a valid email address in order for us to contact you.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ARRIVING AT A CERTAIN TIME IF EXPRESS SHIPPING ISN'T PURCHASED.
Packages are known for it's delays because of high volume of exporting goods, and it's hard for us to tell when you can expect your package with priority shipping or standard shipping, but we will do our best to make sure your package gets to you as soon as possible. Our best advice is to purchase express shipping for a guarantee on-time delivery.
HAVEN'T RECEIVED PACKAGES YET.
If 30 days passes by from when your package was mailed off and you haven't received it yet, we will give you a refund of your order (not including shipping) or we can send you out another order.
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Payments cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to processing, nor will be cancelled after the item has already been shipped. When you receive your package you can send it back for a refund in the original packaging (not including shipping cost). Please read our Return Policy
