If you receive your item and aren't 100% happy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you with your return and solve whatever issue you're having. Once the items are shipped out there's no refund available for the fee. The only time shipping fee can be refundable is if an order is cancelled and have not been shipped. Other than that shipping fee under no other circumstances will or can be refunded.
All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective or wrong item; please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return and a picture of the item if its defective to email@example.com along with your order number to receive a confirmation number to return your product(s).
Please do not refuse any delivery. We advise you to accept it and return it yourself. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost and you will be charged a restock fee if the item is to be returned to us.
