HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
If you receive your item and aren't 100% happy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you with your return and solve whatever issue you're having. All returned item/s must be received in their original condition. The condition of the item must be re-sellable: Unworn , Item(s) must be unwashed, No smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, no makeup marks. Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee for returns, except for exchanges; if you received the wrong item(s) or defective item(s).
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Items should be received within the 14 Business days (U.S) 21 Business days (International) of the date you received the item. Any more days after will be not be accepted and will be returned to you.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order is refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Debit Cards typically takes 5-7 business days and Credit Cards could take 2-3 business days or 1-2 billing.
Shipping Once the items are shipped out there's no refund available for the fee. The only time shipping fee can be refundable is if an order is cancelled and have not been shipped. Other than that shipping fee under no other circumstances that it can be refunded.
Defective or Wrong Merchandise All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective or wrong item; please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return and a picture of the item if its defective to email@example.com along with your order number to receive a confirmation number to return your product.
Unclaimed Packages/Refusals/Loss Package Please do not refuse any delivery. We advise you to accept it and return it yourself. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost and you will be charged a restock fee if the item is to be returned to us. We are not responsible for packages lost by postal service, but we will do out best to help you locate your package.
