Where are you guys located? Are you in the U.S?

We are only available online for now. We plan on opening a physical store in the near future.

 

Does your items match the pictures you have in your online boutique?

Yes! We’d hate to be a disappointment to our customers, we have top quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, which we highly doubt, you should contact us ASAP.

 

How long does it take for you guys to respond to emails?

I need to make a return/exchange, do I have to pay for shipping?

When will my item ship?

It takes 24 hours for us to receive your payment, once that's through we start processing your order. Items are estimated to be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless they're on back order, we will send you and email with an update.

  

I can't track my package it says my tracking number is invalid, what's happening?

This is normal, the minute we create a tracking number we send it to you, meaning it haven't been sent out to the facility to be scanned. Please allow it to be updated up to 5 business days (not including weekends).

 

My Tracking is stuck on "Origin is Preparing Shipment" , what does this mean?

It means that the origin Post is preparing a shipment for dispatch. When the container is scanned, the status of all of the packages on the manifest will update.

 

I got my package but why are some of my items missing?

Don't worry we keep track of our fulfillment. If you receive a package and didn’t get the other after  

 

I got a defective/wrong item, What should I do?

As soon as you get your package and discover it, please forward us an email along with a picture (returns@kdiorclothingonline.com) within the 24 hour with your order number.

 

I need my package as soon as possible (i.e in less than 5 days), how do I go about this?

Express shipping is available :) 2-5 Business days the least, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time. Send us an email before placing your order to give us a heads up to rush deliver your package, if you already placed the order let us know your order number. You may have to pay extra for express shipping.

 

How do I track my package after it's being shipped?

Click here to track your package(s) with your tracking number we provided you in your shipment confirmed email. You can use the Global Postal to search any international packages or you can select the specific shipping carrier.
