Registering

Why Should I Register

Registering is completely up to you. But having an account with us enables you to have access to your orders history and tracking number, your wishlist, filling out checkout information much faster and also have your shopping cart saved rather than going back to add again. Unless the item is out of stock.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No you do not need an account, but it would be a great idea to have one to keep track of your purchase history and order tracking number.

How Do I register?

You can register by clicking the "Register Here" link below. You can login or register using your social media(s) account such as Facebook. Not to worry, your information is safe with us, we won't have access to any of your social media account. Give it a try, click the link below. You can also sign up quick by using our social media(s) login. Don't worry, we wont see your password or personal information, that's for your eyes only. 


General Questions

Does your items match the pictures you have in your online boutique?

Yes! We have our product display on mannequins or shown as a 3D image, that’s exactly what you should expect, the picture used are models in the same exact product as an inspo and style ideas for you all rather than just a white background image. We put some flavor in your head!

I see these same exact products on other boutiques website, pinterest and Instagram at a cheaper cost, why should I purchase from here with prices so high?

One word QUALITY. We have the best of the best quality fabrics and products, we¬ won’t send you ripped cheap quality materials that look absolutely nothing like what you’re expecting. If you’re not satisfied with our product you will be able to make the return for a refund (not store credit), in addition we will pay for your return postage via USPS.

Do you have physical stores?

Not at the moment! But we’re working on that for the future!


Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card Payments. Check or Money Orders are not accepted on our online boutique store. You can safely check out with Amazon if you're not confident of giving your full information on our website, your amazon account will fill out all the information needed. This is another form of payment like PayPal but 10 times better.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our site is 100% safe and secure. The moment you check out our SSL (secure socket locker) kicks in and goes into security mode to keep your information private. Please only check out when our website URL begings with "HTTPS://" Your credit card and personal information is encrypted when transmitted to us and stored in a protected environment. We are also McAfee Verified with identity theft protection of up to $100,000. If you're unsure about entering your financial information on our website, we have Amazon Checkout, the safest and best way to check out with unfamiliar/new sites.


Orders and Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Yes we do! We ship to most countries in the world. Free Standard Shipping is available.

Is Express Shipping Available?

Yes we offer express shipping with DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS

Is Overnight Shipping Available?

We do not support overnight shipping as yet. We're working on this still.

If I place an order today and use Express Shipping when should I expect my package?

Let's not forget that there’s a processing time which is 3-5 business days once your payment is received and fully settled and depending on the availability of the product and when the order was placed. If the order was placed on Friday, we will begin processing orders on the following Monday if it isn’t a holiday. But you can still reach out to us and we will do our very best to get the item to you in time, as long as there's a week gap period for us to process and schedule a pick up. 

Why does it take so long to process orders?

Once you place an order with us you will see us on your bank statement as “Pending.” Pending transactions need to be confirmed as complete and can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank. Once we’re in the clear then we send or schedule your package(s) for a pickup to be delivered once the transaction is completed and no longer has a Pending status.

When will my item ship?

It takes 3-5 business days for your payment to be settled. Once it’s cleared we ship/schedule a pick up for other orders and yours and send your tracking number that was created.

I need my package as soon as possible (in less than 7 days), how do I go about this?

Contact us via Email first before placing an order online. We will need details of what you’ll be purchasing, size, color (if applicable) and your state location in United States or County. Express shipping is available :) 2-4 Business days, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

I paid for expedited shipping and it’s not here yet, Why?

This could be many reasons for delay, but the biggest reason of delay is with the shipping courier or a delay at customs. Please send us an email if your order is an emergency order or need to locate and track your order.

I still haven’t received any confirmation email update about my order, What up with that?

Give us a shout at support@kdiorclothing.com, include your order number, name  and billing zip code in your email subject and let us know what's going on, we will be happy to help.

I just made an order but I made a mistake and need to make a change or cancel it?

Yes! You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as we haven't ship it yet. But please cancel the order as soon as possible.

How Do I Track My Order?

United States Priority Shipping is usually tracked through USPS. For international packages Click here to track your order. This tracking website tracks all shipping couriers and international packages.

I can't track my package it says my tracking number is invalid, what's happening?

Your tracking number was created and waiting to be accepted by postal, please allow up to 3 business days for information to become available. If it have not become a available, reach out to us and we will keep an eye on your tracking information and alert you when it becomes available. 

My Tracking is stuck on "Origin is Preparing Shipment" , what does this mean?

It means that the origin Post is preparing a shipment for dispatch. When the container is scanned, the status of all of the packages on the manifest will update and tell you where your package is.

I won’t be home to get my package will it be okay for my neighbor to sign for me?

Yes you may, as long as you trust your neighbor with your package, we will not be responsible for mishandled packages at the time of delivery. If your package is being shipped by express mail, please contact the courier and request that your neighbor sign for your package (It is highly recommended that you do this). If there’s no one home, they will not leave your package unattended and attempt to make another delivery the following business day. If they make 3 attempts, your package will be sent back to us.

I got my package but why are some of my items missing?

Don't worry we keep track of our fulfillment. If you order more than one item you should have tracking number for each item.

I got a defective/wrong item, What should I do?

As soon as you get your package and discover it, please forward us an email along with a picture (returns@kdiorclothing.com) within the 24 hour with your order number.


Returns & Exchange

Do you accept returns or exchange?

Do you offer a full refund or store credit?

We offer a full refund (not including shipping cost). Meaning, if we already ship your item, shipping fee cannot be refunded because the service was used. 

I bought an item that was a markdown does this mean I can't return it?

Not necessarily. You can make an exchange for the same item for free but to return Markdowns from our Sale Collection has a 15% restock fee. 

The dress that I bought is on sale right now will I get back my refund sale price or what I paid for?

You will get back what you paid for. But if you're returning an item that's within our restock fee or pass the return days you will be losing on 15% off your item because of the Restock Fee Policy.

What is a restocking fee?

Once we get new returns from customers we do not resell them, instead they're stored in our warehouse, some are bided on by Schools for our Luxury Gowns for Prom/Homecoming for students who can't afford to purchase one. Others are donated to Goodwill, Sanctury or Thrift Shops, this cover the cost of our inventory and to keep returns down to a minimum and keep scammers from purchasing products to wear for their events and then returning it. 

I need to make a return/exchange, do I have to pay for shipping?

We're working on bringing in Free Returns for our customers, why pay for something to be sent back that we don't like right? But for now Click here for more details about returns and exchanges.

How will I know if my returned package got to you guys?

Best advice from us is to have a tracking number for the package handy that you’ll be sending to us. Also, please send your tracking number to us to keep track of incoming returns. And please have insurance on your packages, we would hate to deny you of a refund because of postal losing your package(s).

How will I know my return have been processed and my money back into my account?

Keep an eye out for a confirmation email sent by us. We process returns almost immediately, sometimes it takes up to 5 Business Days if we're super beyond busy. Once you receive your confirmation email it should take 5-7 business days with Debit Card purchases and for Credit Cards it varies; either 30 days billing cycle or the next 2-3 business days depending on the credit card company.
